The many cloud services are already something wonderful. You can digitize an entire company within minutes, store all data centrally and access it from anywhere.
All the worries you had before, patchdays, backups, power outages, air conditioning were taken care of. But wait – really all the worries? If you take a closer look at the Terms of Service of the different providers, you will quickly find something like that:
In the event of an outage, you may not be able to retrieve Your Content or Data that you’ve stored. We recommend that you regularly backup Your Content and Data that you store on the Services or store using Third-Party Apps and Services.(Im Falle eines Ausfalls sind Sie möglicherweise nicht in der Lage, Ihre Inhalte oder Daten, die Sie gespeichert haben, abzurufen. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, Ihre Inhalte und Daten, die Sie auf den Diensten speichern oder mit Hilfe von Anwendungen und Diensten von Drittanbietern speichern, regelmäßig zu sichern.)

This statement comes from the Terms of Service of Microsoft, one of the largest providers on the market. Microsoft therefore relies on you to take care of the backup yourself.
In search of a suitable solution, it turns out that only a small number of good products can be found.
So if you don’t want to run your own backup again, you need another cloud service provider to do the backup for you – so-called cloud-to-cloud backup.
eves_ cooperates with the Danish company „keepit“ and offers a hosted backup of all your data in Europe. keepit reliably backs up all your e-mails, Sharepoint and Onedrive files as well as data from tools such as Planner, ToDo or Sway.
