What does that mean in concrete terms?
It means that we are different. For this reason it is also important for us to act differently when it comes to recruiting. We are not just waiting for applications to reach us. We become active ourselves. In this way we hope to reach the people who fit into our mindset. Today we took the opportunity to visit the „inlingua” language school in Braunschweig. Our CEO Ralf Schmitt had the opportunity to place our company in front of people with a migration background and to present job offers.
We are proud that currently 13 different nationalities working at eves_ and be a home here. Even though the German language is an important part of our work, we appreciate the versatility of other cultures and support them with commitment.
