Since the demand for 24/7 support in the mobile environment has increased, eves _information technology AG is setting up a 24/7 Service & Support Center at its subsidiary eves_Lanka in Colombo.

From 26.01.2015, a 24/7 Service & Support Center will be available at eves_Lanka for products from the mobile sector. This development was initiated by one of our major customers from the mobility sector.

In Colombo, Sri Lanka, the specially trained team takes care of customer and service enquiries.

This service is not only interesting for customers from multi-shift operations – customers who have development sites according to the ‚follow the sun‘ principle can also benefit from this offer.

The service is offered in English.

In the long term we will also support other topics and products through the 24/7 Service & Support Center. We will be happy to advise you in a service & support service specially tailored to your needs.
